Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026. NURA does not offer general change-of-mind refunds at this stage, while preserving customer rights required by applicable law.
Returns
We do not accept returns only because the customer changed their mind after order confirmation.
If an item arrives damaged or different from the order, contact us within 48 hours with photos and the order number.
Exceptions
Used items, customer-damaged items, or items missing original packaging may not be eligible.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method according to the payment provider and bank timeline.
